SEASONS | Spring, a B2B event, organised by Informa Markets (“Informa”), for trade buyers of fashion jewellery and accessories only, is offering a selected number of return Economy flight tickets from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Hong Kong, sponsored by Hong Kong International Airport, to the FIRST trade buyer who successfully registers to attend the event, each day during the Competition Period.

COMPETITION Terms & Conditions:

By entering the Competition, each entrant (“Entrant) will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and be bound by them.

  • This competition (“Competition”) is for B2B visitor trade buyers who will attend the 2024 SEASONS | Spring Fashion Jewellery & Accessories Fair only (“Event”).
  • The FIRST Entrant who successfully registers each day between 1 - 10 February 2024 (the “Competition Period”) starting from 9:00 am Malaysia Time each day of the Competition Period is eligible to win return Economy flight tickets from Kuala Lumpur at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Hong Kong, sponsored by Hong Kong International Airport. A total of 10 return Economy flight tickets are available for the Competition during the duration of the Competition Period.
  • Only 1 return Economy ticket is available for redemption each day during the Competition Period.
  • All entries must be submitted in English, electronically via the dedicated Competition registration link. Any entry received by any other means will not be accepted.
  • Each Entrant is subject to visitor trade buyer identity verification, and only trade buyers may enter the Competition.
  • Each Entrant is required to be successfully verified as a pre-registered visitor for the Event to be eligible to enter the Competition.
  • Each winner of the Competition will be notified by email, by Informa, with details of how to redeem the flight tickets.
  • To redeem the flight tickets, each winner is required to attend the Event in-person during the Event period of 28 February to 2 March 2024, at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong.
  • If a winner does not attend the show in-person, the flight tickets will be forfeited without further notice.
  • All flight tickets are issued by the official carrier and are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions, such terms and conditions to be imposed by the carrier at its sole discretion.
  • All flight tickets are not redeemable for cash.
  • All Entrants agree to allow the details of their entry to be shared with representatives of Informa. All Entrants will be deemed to have consented to the transfer and sharing of their personal and company information for the purpose of administration of the Competition, and any other purposes to which the Entrant has consented. For full details on how we use your data, please refer to our privacy policy.
  • All Entrants grant Informa a non-exclusive, royalty free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use and reproduce (i) all content by them for the Competition, (ii) their name, trademark and company logo, in each case for the marketing and promotion of the Competition, and for the commercial promotion of Informa and any Informa event.
  • Informa reserve the right, at their absolute discretion, to disqualify any entry (i) not accompanied by the appropriate supporting documentation, where required, and/or (ii) deemed to be incomplete, inaccurate, false or misleading.
  • Informa’s decision will be final, and no explanation, correspondence or discussion will be offered or entered into before or following Informa’s decision and/or announcement. Informa accepts no responsibility for any costs and expenses associated with entering the Competition.
  • Informa reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to alter or reschedule the Competition and /or to change/amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice.
  • All Entrants agree to indemnify Informa against all costs, claims, damages and expenses that Informa may suffer or incur as a result of, or in connection with, any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Informa and all entities within the Informa Group (as well as any employees or other representatives of the same) exclude all liability for any loss, injury, disease or damage whatsoever that you may suffer in connection with or arising from the Competition, whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive loss, injury or damage (including, without limitation, injury or disease to persons, property damage, theft, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data or any other type of economic loss, injury or damage) or otherwise. The limitations and exclusions in this paragraph only apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and all disputes hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
