Scope of services
- Airport Check-in Service – For passengers taking Cathay Pacific Airways, Hong Kong Airlines and Greater Bay Airlines
You can check-in at AsiaWorld-Expo with getting your boarding pass and drop off your baggage at least 120 minutes prior to your flight departure time and get your baggage directly at the destination airport.
- Baggage Delivery Service – For passengers taking other airlines
You can use baggage delivery service at least 180 minutes prior to your flight departure time and reclaim your baggage at the “Baggage Storage and Delivery” counter on Level 5, Arrivals Level, Terminal 1 (Non-restricted area) of Hong Kong International Airport 90 minutes after dropping off your bag at AsiaWorld-Expo. To check-in your baggage, please proceed to your airline’s counter on the airport’s Departure Level.
